Adults & Adolescents with Anxiety

I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive thoughts/behaviors, perfectionism, disordered eating, and stressful life transitions.

Parents

I specialize in coaching parents who are navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and rigid or oppositional patterns with their child(ren). Drawing from evidence-based behavioral approaches, I work closely with parents to reduce accommodation, strengthen relationships, and support children’s long-term resilience.

I provide support for individuals experiencing perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, and early parenthood.

About

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and families across a range of mental health settings, including community mental health, adolescent medicine, and outpatient psychiatry. I earned my Masters of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and hold certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.

My clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions, as well as specialized training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) through the Yale Child Study Center and behavioral parent coaching models. My work is grounded in helping individuals and parents respond to anxiety with clarity, intention, and alignment with their values. My work is also informed by a values-oriented perspective, helping individuals clarify what matters most to them and build lives guided by meaning rather than anxiety.

  • My professional fee is $175 per session. I am an out-of-network provider, and payment is due at the time of each session. Many clients receive partial to full reimbursement through out-of-network behavioral health benefits; I provide a monthly superbill for insurance submission and encourage you to confirm your coverage with your insurer.
